Description
A delightful and flavorful winter berry jam infused with vanilla, perfect for spreading on toast or using in desserts.

			- 2 cups mixed winter berries (such as cranberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
 - 1 cup granulated sugar
 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 1/2 cup water
 
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the mixed berries, sugar, lemon juice, and water.
 - Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
 - Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the berries have broken down and the mixture thickens.
 - Stir in the vanilla extract and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
 - Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before transferring to sterilized jars.
 - Seal the jars and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
 
Notes
- For a smoother jam, you can blend the mixture before transferring it to jars.
 - Feel free to adjust the sugar based on the sweetness of the berries.
 - This jam can also be used as a filling for pastries or as a topping for desserts.
