- 1 cup rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- Divide the dough into three portions and color each with food coloring.
- Roll each colored dough into logs and twist them together to form a marbled effect.
- Slice the logs into rounds and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle rainbow sprinkles on top of each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool on a wire rack before serving.
