Description

Savor the irresistible flavors of the Ultimate Keto Philly Cheesesteak Rolls—crafted with creamy cheese, seasoned beef, and vibrant vegetables for a healthy twist on a classic dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese (or cheddar/provolone for variation)
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Almond Flour (coconut flour can also be used with adjustments)
  • 1 pound Ground Beef (or sliced ribeye/sirloin)
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers (your choice of varieties)
  • 1 cup Onions (yellow or red based on preference)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the Beef and Vegetables: In a non-stick skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat, then add diced onions and bell peppers, cooking until softened.
  3. Prepare the Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and shredded cheese. Add in the eggs and mix until combined.
  4. Shape the Rolls: Roll out the dough into a rectangle on parchment paper, cut into equal sections.
  5. Fill and Roll: Spoon the beef mixture onto each section, fold the dough over the filling, and pinch to seal.
  6. Bake: Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve: Allow to cool slightly before serving with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Assemble the rolls ahead of time and refrigerate. You can also air fry these rolls for a crispy texture.
