Description

A delightful recipe for Tiramisu Truffles that combines the classic flavors of tiramisu in a bite-sized treat.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup coffee, cooled
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate shavings (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Dip each truffle into the cooled coffee, then roll into balls.
  5. Coat the truffles in cocoa powder or chocolate shavings.
