Description

A quick and delicious stir fry featuring potstickers, vegetables, and a savory sauce for a flavorful meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of frozen potstickers
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add frozen potstickers and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot to the skillet.
  4. Stir in garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger.
  5. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until vegetables are tender.
  6. Garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes
