- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add frozen potstickers and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot to the skillet.
- Stir in garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger.
- Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until vegetables are tender.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add any other vegetables you like.
- For extra flavor, add a splash of rice vinegar.
- Serve with additional soy sauce on the side.
