Delicious and healthy rice paper noodle rolls made in an air fryer, perfect for flavorful meals.
Ingredients
- Rice paper sheets – 10
- Rice noodles – 200g
- Vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, cucumbers) – 1 cup, julienned
- Fresh herbs (mint, cilantro) – 1/2 cup
- Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- Sesame oil – 1 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- Soak rice noodles in hot water for 10 minutes until soft, then drain.
- Prepare vegetables and herbs by julienning and chopping them.
- In a bowl, mix the rice noodles, vegetables, herbs, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Soak rice paper sheets in warm water for a few seconds until pliable.
- Place a spoonful of the filling mixture on the rice paper and roll tightly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer and spray lightly with cooking oil.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve with dipping sauce of your choice.
Notes
- Experiment with different fillings like shrimp or tofu for variety.
- Make sure not to overfill the rice paper rolls.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
