Description

Taco Pinwheels are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that combines the flavors of tacos in a fun, rolled-up format. Perfect for parties or game day!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, cooked ground beef or turkey, and taco seasoning until well blended.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
