- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 8 slices of bacon, cut in half

- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato cubes with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Wrap each sweet potato cube with a half slice of bacon and thread onto the soaked skewers.
- Place the skewers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the bacon is crispy and the sweet potatoes are tender.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
