- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Slice the halloumi cheese into thick slices and fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
- Spread sweet chili sauce on each tortilla.
- Add the fried halloumi, salad greens, bell peppers, and cucumbers on top.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly and serve immediately.
