Description

Delicious wraps filled with crispy halloumi cheese, fresh vegetables, and a sweet chili sauce, perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 200g halloumi cheese
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup mixed salad greens
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Slice the halloumi cheese into thick slices and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
