Description

Sweet Chili Bacon Lollipops are a deliciously unique treat that combines the savory flavor of bacon with a sweet and spicy chili glaze, perfect for parties or as a fun appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound of bacon
  • 1/2 cup of sweet chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • Wooden skewers or lollipop sticks

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the sweet chili sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Cut the bacon strips in half and wrap each piece around a wooden skewer, securing it with a toothpick if necessary.
  4. Brush the bacon lollipops generously with the sweet chili mixture.
  5. Place the lollipops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and caramelized.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
