- 1/2 cup of sweet chili sauce
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar

- Wooden skewers or lollipop sticks
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the sweet chili sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Cut the bacon strips in half and wrap each piece around a wooden skewer, securing it with a toothpick if necessary.
- Brush the bacon lollipops generously with the sweet chili mixture.
- Place the lollipops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and caramelized.
