Description

A delightful dessert that combines the flavors of sugar cookies and creamy cheesecake, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 package sugar cookie dough
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press the sugar cookie dough into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add the sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  5. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in the sour cream and flour until just combined.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cookie crust in the springform pan.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set and slightly jiggly.
  9. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  10. Top with sprinkles if desired before serving.

Notes

  • For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free sugar cookie dough.
  • Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth batter.
