Ingredients

- 1 large bread bowl
- 2 cups seafood mix (shrimp, crab, and scallops)
- 4 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add the seafood mix and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes and Old Bay seasoning.
- Pour in the seafood stock and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Hollow out the bread bowl, leaving a thick wall.
- Fill the bread bowl with the seafood soup.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the bread is warm and slightly crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to use any combination of seafood you prefer.
- For a spicier kick, add some red pepper flakes.
- This recipe can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
