Description

Strawberry Cheesecake Truffle Balls are a delightful dessert that combines the flavors of creamy cheesecake and fresh strawberries, all rolled into bite-sized treats.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in crushed graham crackers and chopped strawberries until well mixed.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
  7. Place the coated truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens, about 30 minutes.

Notes

  • For a stronger strawberry flavor, consider adding strawberry extract.
  • These truffles can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
  • Feel free to substitute the white chocolate with dark chocolate for a different taste.
