Description

A delightful layered cheesecake cake featuring fresh strawberries and a creamy filling, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and mix well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  6. Layer half of the sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture over the strawberries.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool completely.
  9. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Spread over the cooled cheesecake.
  10. Garnish with remaining strawberries before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, chill the cheesecake overnight before serving.
  • Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
  • Can be made a day in advance.
