Description

Spinach Artichoke Dip Pinwheels are a delightful and easy-to-make appetizer perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  3. Roll the tortillas tightly and wrap them in plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  5. Slice the rolled tortillas into pinwheels and serve.

Notes
