- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and wrap them in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- Slice the rolled tortillas into pinwheels and serve.
Notes
