Description

Delicious and flavorful spicy shrimp tacos topped with fresh mango salsa, perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
  3. In another bowl, mix together mango, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice to make the salsa.
  4. Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  5. Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp on the tortillas and topping with mango salsa.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra heat, add diced jalapeños to the mango salsa.
  • These tacos can be served with avocado slices or a drizzle of sour cream.
