Instructions
- Rinse the cranberries and remove any stems or damaged berries.
- In a saucepan, combine the cranberries, orange juice, and sugar.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Add the spices (cinnamon, ginger, cloves) and lemon juice, then reduce heat to low.
- Simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before transferring to sterilized jars.
- Seal the jars and let them cool completely before storing in the refrigerator.
