Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Rinse the cranberries and remove any stems or damaged berries.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the cranberries, orange juice, and sugar.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the spices (cinnamon, ginger, cloves) and lemon juice, then reduce heat to low.
  5. Simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens.

  7. Seal the jars and let them cool completely before storing in the refrigerator.
