Description

A flavorful frittata featuring smoked salmon and fresh dill, perfect for a hearty breakfast or brunch.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup smoked salmon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Stir in the smoked salmon, dill, cream cheese, onion, salt, and pepper.
  4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the edges start to set.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is fully set and lightly golden on top.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
