Description

A simple and delicious slow cooker recipe featuring tender chicken and flavorful vegetables cooked in garlic butter.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Add the baby carrots, broccoli, and diced potatoes on top of the chicken.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the chicken and vegetables in the slow cooker.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
