Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the chicken thighs, sweet potatoes, carrots, onion, and garlic.
- In a separate bowl, mix the chicken broth, honey, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken and mix well with the vegetables and sauce.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
