Description

Salmon Balls with Creamy Avocado Sauce is a delicious and healthy dish that combines the rich flavors of salmon with a creamy avocado dip, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh salmon, skinless and boneless
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the salmon, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. While the salmon balls are baking, prepare the creamy avocado sauce by blending the avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, and garlic until smooth.
  6. Serve the salmon balls warm with the creamy avocado sauce on the side.
