- 4 sausages
- 2 bell peppers (red and yellow), sliced
- 500g baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the sausages, sliced peppers, and halved potatoes.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss everything together until well coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray.
- Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the sausages are cooked through and the potatoes are golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
