Description

A delicious and easy one-pan meal featuring roasted sausages, colorful peppers, and herb-infused potatoes.


Ingredients

  • 4 sausages
  • 2 bell peppers (red and yellow), sliced
  • 500g baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sausages, sliced peppers, and halved potatoes.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss everything together until well coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray.
  6. Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the sausages are cooked through and the potatoes are golden brown.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
