Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the cabbage into thick steaks, about 1 inch thick.
- Brush both sides of the cabbage steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, arranged in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
