Description

A delicious and creamy dessert cheese ball inspired by Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed peanuts
  • Graham crackers or pretzels for serving

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  4. Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  6. Once chilled, roll the cheese ball in crushed peanuts to coat.
  7. Serve with graham crackers or pretzels for dipping.
