  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

  2. In a large bowl, mix the red velvet cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake according to package instructions.
  4. Once baked, let the cake cool completely.
  5. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Crumble the cooled red velvet cake into the cream cheese mixture and mix until well combined.
  7. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  10. Dip each chilled cheesecake ball into the melted white chocolate and place back on the parchment paper.
  11. Sprinkle with decorations if desired and let the chocolate set.

Notes

  • These can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
  • Feel free to experiment with different types of chocolate for coating.
