Description

A delicious and hearty pasta dish featuring tender ranch steak, creamy mozzarella, and a rich garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta of choice
  • 1 lb ranch steak
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the ranch steak with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the ranch steak to the skillet and cook to your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and let it rest before slicing.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss it in the garlic butter.
  6. Stir in the shredded mozzarella until melted and combined.
  7. Slice the ranch steak and serve it over the pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley.
