- 1 lb ranch steak
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season the ranch steak with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the ranch steak to the skillet and cook to your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and let it rest before slicing.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss it in the garlic butter.
- Stir in the shredded mozzarella until melted and combined.
- Slice the ranch steak and serve it over the pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley.
