A simple and delicious peppermint fudge recipe perfect for the holiday season.

- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract and half of the crushed peppermint candies.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining crushed peppermint candies on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- For a stronger peppermint flavor, increase the amount of peppermint extract.
- This fudge can be made ahead of time and stored for up to two weeks.
