- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni, chopped
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped black olives
- 1 cup crushed crackers (for coating)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped pepperoni, pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, green onions, and black olives.
- Mix until well combined and form the mixture into a football shape.
- Roll the cheese ball in crushed crackers to coat it evenly.
- Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Before serving, remove from the refrigerator and let it sit for 15 minutes. Serve with additional crackers or veggies.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add some crushed red pepper flakes to the mixture.
- Can be made a day in advance for convenience.
- Serve with a side of extra pizza sauce for dipping.
