Description

A delicious and fun cheese ball shaped like a football, perfect for game-day gatherings, featuring pepperoni and pizza flavors.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped black olives
  • 1 cup crushed crackers (for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped pepperoni, pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, green onions, and black olives.
  2. Mix until well combined and form the mixture into a football shape.
  3. Roll the cheese ball in crushed crackers to coat it evenly.
  4. Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  5. Before serving, remove from the refrigerator and let it sit for 15 minutes. Serve with additional crackers or veggies.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add some crushed red pepper flakes to the mixture.
  • Can be made a day in advance for convenience.
  • Serve with a side of extra pizza sauce for dipping.
