Delicious oven-baked cheesy tacos that are crispy and loaded with flavor.

- 12 taco shells
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup sliced olives
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water to the beef, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a baking dish, spread a layer of refried beans on the bottom.
- Fill each taco shell with the beef mixture, diced tomatoes, onions, and olives.
- Place the filled taco shells in the baking dish on top of the refried beans.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the tacos.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with sour cream and cilantro before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the toppings based on your preference.
- For a vegetarian option, substitute ground beef with lentils or black beans.
- These tacos can be made ahead of time and reheated in the oven.
