- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup honey mustard dressing
- 8 slices of cooked bacon
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
- Spread honey mustard dressing over each chicken breast.
- Top each breast with two slices of bacon and a mix of Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
