Ingredients

- 1 package of frozen dumplings
- 2 cups of mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of ginger, grated
- 1 cup of chicken or vegetable broth
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
- Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the frozen dumplings to the skillet, cover, and cook for 8-10 minutes until dumplings are cooked through.
- Stir in soy sauce and mix well.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

- Feel free to use any frozen dumplings of your choice.
- Adjust the amount of soy sauce based on your taste preference.
