A delicious and easy-to-make no-bake dessert featuring layers of strawberries and Lotus biscuits.
Ingredients

- 200g Lotus biscuits
- 500g fresh strawberries
- 250g cream cheese
- 200ml heavy cream
- 100g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Crush the Lotus biscuits into fine crumbs.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
- Layer the crushed Lotus biscuits at the bottom of a serving dish.
- Add a layer of the cream cheese mixture on top of the biscuits.
- Slice the strawberries and layer them over the cream cheese mixture.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of strawberries on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter dessert, adjust the amount of powdered sugar to taste.
- Feel free to add other fruits like blueberries or raspberries for variety.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance for convenience.
