Description

A delicious and easy-to-make no-bake dessert featuring layers of strawberries and Lotus biscuits.


Ingredients

  • 200g Lotus biscuits
  • 500g fresh strawberries
  • 250g cream cheese
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 100g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Crush the Lotus biscuits into fine crumbs.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  5. Layer the crushed Lotus biscuits at the bottom of a serving dish.
  6. Add a layer of the cream cheese mixture on top of the biscuits.
  7. Slice the strawberries and layer them over the cream cheese mixture.
  8. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of strawberries on top.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a sweeter dessert, adjust the amount of powdered sugar to taste.
  • Feel free to add other fruits like blueberries or raspberries for variety.
  • This dessert can be made a day in advance for convenience.
