A delicious and refreshing no-bake lemon slice made with condensed milk and coconut, perfect for a quick dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 cup of crushed digestive biscuits
- 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut
- 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of lemon zest
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed digestive biscuits and melted butter until well mixed.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk, desiccated coconut, lemon juice, and lemon zest to the biscuit mixture.
- Mix all the ingredients until fully combined.
- Press the mixture into a lined square baking dish evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Once set, cut into squares and serve chilled.
Notes
- For a stronger lemon flavor, add more lemon zest.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- This slice can be frozen for up to a month.
