Description

A delicious and refreshing no-bake lemon slice made with condensed milk and coconut, perfect for a quick dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of crushed digestive biscuits
  • 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed digestive biscuits and melted butter until well mixed.
  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk, desiccated coconut, lemon juice, and lemon zest to the biscuit mixture.
  3. Mix all the ingredients until fully combined.
  4. Press the mixture into a lined square baking dish evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  6. Once set, cut into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For a stronger lemon flavor, add more lemon zest.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • This slice can be frozen for up to a month.
