Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Red and green sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter.
- Form small balls of the cheesecake mixture and roll them in the graham cracker mixture.
- Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Before serving, decorate with red and green sprinkles.
Notes
- Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
- You can substitute graham crackers with crushed cookies of your choice.
- These bites can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
