Description

Delicious sliders made with ham and Colby Jack cheese, perfect for parties or a quick snack.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 pound sliced ham
  • 8 ounces Colby Jack cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and poppy seeds.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Layer the ham and cheese on the bottom halves of the buns.
  5. Place the top halves of the buns on the cheese.
  6. Brush the butter mixture over the top of the buns.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Feel free to add other toppings like pickles or onions.
