Deliciously cheesy ham and cheese sticks that are perfect for snacking or as an appetizer.

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and diced ham until well combined.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- Form the mixture into sticks and set aside.
- Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
- Dip each cheese stick first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add herbs or spices to the breadcrumb mixture.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
- Serve with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
