Description

Deliciously cheesy ham and cheese sticks that are perfect for snacking or as an appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and diced ham until well combined.
  3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  4. Form the mixture into sticks and set aside.
  5. Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
  6. Dip each cheese stick first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
  7. Place the coated sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add herbs or spices to the breadcrumb mixture.
  • These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
  • Serve with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
