- 1 package of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup mini pepperoni
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a muffin tin.
- Flatten each biscuit and press it into the bottom and up the sides of each muffin cup.
- Fill each cup with a spoonful of pizza sauce.
- Add shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
- Sprinkle mini pepperoni over the cheese.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
