Description

Mini Pepperoni Pizza Cups are a delightful and easy-to-make snack that combines the flavors of pizza in a fun, bite-sized form.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup mini pepperoni
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a muffin tin.
  3. Flatten each biscuit and press it into the bottom and up the sides of each muffin cup.
  4. Fill each cup with a spoonful of pizza sauce.
  5. Add shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle mini pepperoni over the cheese.
  7. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
