Description

Mini Cinnamon Roll Bites with Vanilla Glaze are delightful bite-sized pastries that combine the warm flavors of cinnamon and sugar with a sweet vanilla glaze, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
  4. Brush the melted butter over the dough triangles.
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the buttered dough.
  6. Roll up each triangle tightly, starting from the wide end.
  7. Cut each roll into bite-sized pieces and place them on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. While the rolls are baking, prepare the vanilla glaze by whisking together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.
  10. Drizzle the glaze over the warm cinnamon roll bites before serving.
