Description

Mini Cannoli Cups Delight are bite-sized desserts filled with a rich and creamy ricotta filling, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  4. Fill each mini phyllo cup with the ricotta mixture.
