Ingredients

- 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
- 8 slices of thick-cut bacon
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chives, parsley, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread the cheese mixture on each crostini.
- Top with crumbled bacon.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add some red pepper flakes to the cheese mixture.
- These can be made ahead of time; just assemble and bake before serving.
