- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/2 cup cooked ground beef or shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup guacamole
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange tortilla chips in a cone shape on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chips.
- Add cooked ground beef or shredded chicken on top of the cheese.
- Layer black beans, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños over the meat.
- Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and top with sour cream, guacamole, and chopped green onions.
