Description

Delicious and spicy loaded Cajun shrimp tacos topped with fresh ingredients and a zesty sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning and olive oil until well coated.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
  3. Warm the corn tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.

  5. Drizzle with sour cream and serve with lime wedges.
