Instructions
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning and olive oil until well coated.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
- Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp on each tortilla and topping with cabbage, avocado, tomatoes, and cilantro.
- Drizzle with sour cream and serve with lime wedges.
