Description

Delicious low-carb pizza bites featuring crispy pepperoni and gooey cheese, perfect for satisfying cravings while adhering to a keto lifestyle.


Ingredients

  • 24 slices pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons low-sugar pizza sauce (optional)
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the mini muffin pan by lightly greasing each cup with cooking spray or olive oil.
  3. Form the base by placing one slice of pepperoni into each muffin cup.
  4. Mix the cheeses in a bowl, combining mozzarella and parmesan, and add Italian seasoning if desired.
  5. Build your pizza by scooping a small spoonful of the cheese mixture atop each pepperoni slice, adding pizza sauce if using.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until cheese bubbles and turns golden brown.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes, then gently loosen with a knife and remove from the pan.

Notes
