- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 large low-carb tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or choice)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 medium tostada shells
- Olive oil or cooking spray for frying
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and water according to package instructions. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Lay one tortilla flat. Add seasoned beef, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream in the center.
- Place a tostada shell on top and repeat layering.
- Carefully fold the edges of the tortilla over the filling to form a wrap.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, adding olive oil or cooking spray.
- Gently place the crunchwrap seam-side down in the skillet. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook the other side.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

Prepare all fillings in advance for freshness. You can freeze uncooked wraps and bake directly from the freezer.
