Description

A delicious Keto Crunchwrap loaded with seasoned beef, fresh veggies, and gooey cheese, offering a satisfying crunch and healthy indulgence.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 large low-carb tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or choice)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 medium tostada shells
  • Olive oil or cooking spray for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Stir in the taco seasoning and water according to package instructions. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Lay one tortilla flat. Add seasoned beef, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream in the center.
  4. Place a tostada shell on top and repeat layering.
  5. Carefully fold the edges of the tortilla over the filling to form a wrap.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat, adding olive oil or cooking spray.
  7. Gently place the crunchwrap seam-side down in the skillet. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook the other side.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Prepare all fillings in advance for freshness. You can freeze uncooked wraps and bake directly from the freezer.
