- 8 ounces of corned beef, sliced
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1 tablespoon mustard (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Melt the cheese by placing a slice on the baking sheet and bake for about 5 minutes.
- Load up the melted cheese with corned beef, sauerkraut, and mustard if desired.
- Roll the cheese around the filling to create a roll-up.
- Bake the roll-ups again for another 3-5 minutes until golden and crispy.
