Italian Pinwheels are a delicious and easy-to-make party snack, perfect for gatherings and celebrations.
Ingredients

- 1 large flour tortilla
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sliced salami
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
Instructions
- Spread the softened cream cheese evenly over the tortilla.
- Layer the salami, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, black olives, basil, and roasted red peppers on top of the cream cheese.
- Starting from one end, tightly roll the tortilla into a log shape.
- Wrap the rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Once chilled, remove the plastic wrap and slice the roll into pinwheels.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

- Feel free to customize the fillings based on your preferences.
- These pinwheels can be made a day in advance for convenience.
