Description

Italian Pinwheels are a delicious and easy-to-make party snack, perfect for gatherings and celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sliced salami
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, sliced

Instructions

  1. Spread the softened cream cheese evenly over the tortilla.
  2. Layer the salami, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, black olives, basil, and roasted red peppers on top of the cream cheese.
  3. Starting from one end, tightly roll the tortilla into a log shape.
  4. Wrap the rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Once chilled, remove the plastic wrap and slice the roll into pinwheels.
  6. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
