Description

Hot Honey Wings & Waffle Sliders are a delicious combination of crispy chicken wings coated in a sweet and spicy honey sauce, served on fluffy waffles for a unique twist on a classic dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup hot honey
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 waffles
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken wings in the flour mixture.
  4. Place the wings on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes until crispy.
  5. In a saucepan, melt butter and mix in hot honey.
  6. Toss the baked wings in the hot honey sauce.
  7. Toast the waffles until golden brown.
  8. Assemble the sliders by placing wings between two waffle halves.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
