Description

Hot Chocolate Cookie Cups are a delightful treat that combines the rich flavors of hot chocolate with the comforting texture of cookie cups, perfect for any chocolate lover.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  7. Grease a muffin tin and scoop the cookie dough into each cup, pressing down slightly to form a cup shape.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
