Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

- Grease a muffin tin and scoop the cookie dough into each cup, pressing down slightly to form a cup shape.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
