Description

Delicious and easy-to-make Honey Buffalo Crockpot Meatballs that are perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Place the meatballs in the crockpot.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the buffalo sauce and honey.
  5. Pour the sauce over the meatballs in the crockpot.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add more buffalo sauce.
  • These meatballs can be served as an appetizer or over rice as a main dish.
