 - 8 slices of cooked bacon
 - 4 large eggs
 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 1/2 cup spinach leaves
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
 - In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, then set aside.
 - In the same skillet, scramble the eggs, adding salt and pepper to taste.
 - Layer the bottom half of each croissant with spinach, scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheddar cheese.
 - Place the top half of the croissant on each sandwich.
 - Wrap each sandwich in foil and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
 - Serve warm and enjoy!
