Description

Holiday Croissant Breakfast Sandwiches are a delightful treat perfect for festive mornings, combining flaky croissants with savory fillings.


Ingredients

  • 4 large croissants
  • 8 slices of cooked bacon
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup spinach leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
  3. In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, then set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, scramble the eggs, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Layer the bottom half of each croissant with spinach, scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheddar cheese.
  6. Place the top half of the croissant on each sandwich.
  7. Wrap each sandwich in foil and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
